The 3rd edition of Quantum Information in Spain ICE-3 is organized by IFISC (CSIC-UIB) at the university campus of Palma de Mallorca 13-15 April 2016. This conference is part of a series of itinerant events aiming to be a reference for the Spanish community working in Quantum Information. The program includes 27 contributed talks, several posters (with flash plenary presentations), and an international collection of 9 invited talks, and discussion time is planned. The conference series is promoted by the "Red de Excelencia" RICE. The 2-days school "New trends in quantum information", funded by RICE, will be held the days before (11-12 April).
